Eine einladende Urlaubsatmosphäre erwartet Sie nicht nur auf dem Grundstück, sondern auch in den nebeneinander im Erdgeschoss des Hauses liegenden Ferienwohnungen Elisa und Laura. Eine dritte Wohnung auf derselben Etage wird von der Eigentümerfamilie bewohnt.

Ferienwohnung Elisa bietet 3 schöne Doppelschlafzimmer (Betten teilbar) mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Von einem der Schlafzimmer haben Sie außerdem Zugang zu Ihrem sichtgeschützten Gartenanteil. Vom geräumigen Wohn-/Esszimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke erreichen Sie direkt Ihre Terrasse. Die Küche ist durch eine freistehende Wand optisch vom Wohn-/Esszimmer getrennt.
Ihr Fahrzeug können Sie auf dem Gelände neben dem Haus parken.

In unmittelbarer Nähe der Villa Il Cenito und fußläufig erreichbar liegt das Hotel Hermitage. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant können während der Urlaubssaison auch externe Gäste zu Abend essen. Weitere Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte finden Sie im ca. 1 km entfernten, gepflegten Ortskern von San Marco di Castellabate.
Die wunderschönen, flachen Sandstrände dieses Küstenabschnitts erreichen Sie nach ca. 1,5 km. Besonders empfehlenswert für einen ausgedehnten Strandtag ist der Pozzillo-Strand, der sich zwischen den Ortsteilen San Marco und Santa Maria di Castellabate erstreckt.

Between marine nature park Punta Licosa and the green foothills of Monte Licosa, Villa Il Centio lies on rambling, well-maintained, lush green premises with large pool and a view of Castellabate, which sits enthroned upon a hilltop.
An inviting holiday atmosphere awaits you not only on the property, but also at holiday apartments Elisa and Laura, which lie next to each other on the ground floor of the house. The owners live in a third apartment on the same floor.
ELISA FOR UP TO 6 PERSONES – AN APARTMENT TO FALL IN LOVE WITH
Apartment Elisa has got 3 lovely double bedrooms (single beds, can be rearranged as you wish) with en suite bathroom each (shower/WC/bidet), a spacious living-dining room with a cozy sofa corner and a kitchen (incl. stove, oven, fridge-freezer), which is separated from the living-dining room by a free-standing wall. The apartment's furnished outdoor area, a plot of garden with terrace, is screened from view and accessible from one of the bedrooms and from the living-dining room.
Apartment Elisa features SAT-TV, free WiFi, washing machine and central heating (extra charge for use). A children's bed can be provided (extra charge). Parking is available on the premises next to the house.
SHOPPING, BEACHES, EXCURSIONS
In the immediate vicinity and within walking distance of Villa Il Cenito lies Hotel Hermitage. During season, the hotel restaurant is also open to external guests in the evenings. More restaurants as well as bars and grocery stores are found in the well-tended center of San Marco di Castellabate (ca. 1 km).
The gorgeous, gently sloping sandy beaches of this coastal section are about 1.5 km off. Pozzillo beach, which stretches out between the districts of San Marco and Santa Maria di Castellabate, is a very good choice if you want to spend a long day at the beach.
OUR RECOMMENDATION: The owner of the holiday apartments, Mrs. Elisa Cavaliere, who speaks English and French, organizes and guides cultural and culinary excursions in the Cilento National Park, e.g. to the excavation sites of Paestum and Velia and to the mountain village of San Mauro Cilento.
