Die Casa Marechiaro fügt sich mit ihrer hübschen Bruchsteinfassade perfekt in die Landschaft des Weilers Acqua Bianca ein, der nur aus einer Handvoll Häuser besteht und ca. 1 km außerhalb von Marina di Pisciotta liegt. Umgeben ist das Haus von einem ca. 2000 m² großen Olivenhain, der sowohl Schatten spendet als auch eine echte mediterrane Atmosphäre schafft.

Auf der Terrasse vor dem Haus können Sie den entspannenden Blick aufs Meer in vollen Zügen genießen und erlebnisreiche Tage im Cilento bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen ausklingen lassen.

DAS FERIENHAUS
Die Casa Marechiaro betreten Sie über die gemütliche Wohnküche mit Sofaecke und Essbereich. Mit seinen insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei mit je zwei Einzelbetten, eines mit Doppelbett, ist es perfekt für Familien geeignet. Eines der 2-Bett-Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Olivenhain.

Als praktisch erweist sich die Waschmaschine bei längeren Aufenthalten, die Außendusche nach einem Strandtag oder zum Abkühlen zwischendurch und der Grill für gemütliche Sommerabende im Freien. Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem Gelände des Ferienhauses parken.

DIE STEILKÜSTE
Wichtiger Hinweis: Das Grundstück ist zur Steilküste hin umzäunt. Bitte lassen Sie dennoch Ihre Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt an der Steilküste spielen.

MARINA DI PISCIOTTA
Der teils sandige, teils kieselige Strand von Marina di Pisciotta (Acqua Bianca) ist nach ca. 800 bis 900 m erreicht. Zu Fuß ist er über die schmale Straße (kaum Schatten) erreichbar, die direkt in den Ort führt. Abseits des Hochsommers ist sie in der Regel wenig befahren. Wer den kurzen Weg mit dem Auto zurücklegt, findet direkt am Strand Parkmöglichkeiten.

Von Juni bis Anfang September bieten zwei kleine Lidi die Möglichkeit, Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu mieten. Der Großteil des Strandes ist jedoch frei. Unweit des Strandes und des Hafens befindet sich die Tipicoteca Cilentana, eine Art Bistrot. Ab dem Mittag kann man sich hier mit warmen und kalten Speisen (auch Take away) und Getränken versorgen.

Der Ortskern von Marina di Pisciotta mit Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bars, Pizzeria und Restaurants liegt etwa ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Für größere Einkäufe lohnt sich der Weg nach Pisciotta oder ins benachbarte Palinuro.

With its lovely quarry stone façade, Casa Marechiaro blends harmoniously into the landscape at Acqua Bianca, a hamlet of a handful of houses about 1 km from Pisciotta. The house lies surrounded by a 2,000 m² olive grove, which not only offers shade but also radiates real Mediterranean atmosphere.

The terrace in front of the house is the perfect place to enjoy the relaxing view of the sea and your meals out in the open, to take it easy in the evenings at the end of each exciting day in the Cilento.

THE HOLIDAY HOME
Casa Marechiaro is a wonderful accommodation for a family. It hat got a cozy combined kitchen-dining-living room, which you enter the house into, one bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) and 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with double bed. One of the twins offers direct access of the olive grove.

Furnishing also includes washing machine, WiFi (not suitable for telework), TV, outdoor shower and grill; a children's bed can be provided. Parking is available on the premises.

THE STEEP COAST
Important: Although the property is fenced towards the steep coast, please do not let your children play there or near it without watching them.

MARINA DI PISCIOTTA
Marina di Pisciotta's free beach (Acqua Bianca), which is partly sandy, partly pebbly, is about 800 - 900 m from Casa Marechiaro. You can reach it on foot by following the narrow road (hardly any shade) which runs directly into the village. Outside summer/high season, there is usually little traffic. If you prefer to cover the short distance by car, you will find parking directly at the beach.

From June to early September, there are two small lidi, where you can rent loungers and sunshades. Not far from the beach and the harbor lies Tipicoteca Cilentana, It is a kind of bistro, which opens around noontime and offers hot as well as cold food (also available as take-away) and drinks.

The village center of Marina di Pisciotta with grocery store, bars, pizzeria and restaurants is ca. 1.5 km from the accommodation. For bigger shopping, Pisciotta or neighboring Palinuro are the places to go.
