Respect the space: Treat the home with respect and care.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10 Pm to 8 Am.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property.
Excessive cleaning: Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in an unacceptable state.
Noise complaints: Noise complaints may result in a warning or penalty as per the building community.
Smoke-Free Stay:our home is a strict no-smoking zone.
No pets: Pets are "not allowed.

# Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Cleanliness: Keep the home clean and tidy.
2. Trash and recycling: Dispose of trash and recyclables in the garbage chute which is next to the service lift of the corridor on the 52nd floor.
3. Dishes and kitchenware: Clean and put away dishes and kitchenware after use.

#Safety & Security
Fire safety: Familiarize yourself with the fire extinguisher location and emergency exit.
The first aid kit is located above the refrigerator.
The electrical shut-off is located next to the main door.
Keep an eye on your children's.

Important Notes
Guests will be required to provide a soft copy of a valid Id priors for all guests aged 18+ prior to the check in date.
Your Id will only serve the following purposes:
1- Notify the building security to allow you access
2- Register your stay with tourism authorities

Standard check-in time is 3:00 Pm and check-out is no later than 11:00 Am. Aed 149 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.
The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out.
Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of Aed 500 per card.
