Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des Budapester Unterhaltungsviertels in einem kürzlich rekonstruierten Gebäude aus dem Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts, nur wenige Schritte von der berühmten Budapester Oper sowie vielen Theatern, Bars, Clubs und Restaurants entfernt.
Die Budapester Hauptmodestraße, der Andrassy Boulevard, überquert die Nagymezo-Straße, etwa 150 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines privaten Wohnhauses und ist über eine breite Marmortreppe und auch mit dem Aufzug erreichbar.
Um mehr Sicherheit und Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten, ist das Apartment durch eine verschlossene Tür vom Treppenhaus getrennt und verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse/Foyer mit Blick auf den Innenhof und ist mit Terrassenmöbeln aus Teakholz ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein passendes Entrée, ein großes und helles Esszimmer, das unter anderem mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet ist, der sogar für 8 Personen geeignet ist.
Das Badezimmer wurde komplett renoviert und mit Badewanne/Dusche, eingebautem Waschbecken mit großem Spiegel, viel Stauraum und einer eingebauten energieeffizienten Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Toilette ist abgetrennt und mit einem kleinen Waschbecken mit Spiegel ausgestattet.
Die voll ausgestattete Küche eignet sich sogar für die Zubereitung von Mehr-Gänge-Menüs für Dinnerpartys. Das Wohnzimmer ist vom Esszimmer aus zugänglich und mit einem 3-Sitzer-Schlafsofa (im „Schlafmodus" als Queensize-Bett) sowie einem bequemen Designer-Sessel und einer Sitzcouch aus demselben Set ausgestattet.
Der 48-Zoll-LCD-HD-Fernseher bietet über 130 internationale TV-Kanäle. Sie können auch DVD-Filme auf dem DVD-Player genießen. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnzimmer eine Bibliothek mit Hunderten von Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen (Englisch/Deutsch/Italienisch/Ungarisch).

Dear Guest, you are very welcome in our apartment. As a guest, you are expected to respect the
house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be
used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. Please look at
the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems to occur.
Not respecting the check-out time without previous agreement will incur in an extra charge of
50% of the published daily rate of the apartment in question.

The Management
Please note that the check out time is at 11:00 as we need to clean the apartment from 11:00 to
15:00 prior to the next check-in (15.00 is the standard check in time). In case of later departure
we can arrange you luggage storage at our storage partner/please consult the Info booklet in
your apartment./

Please inform us immediately if you notice any problems upon arrival, inform us as well
if you discover any damage or omission of furnishings, lights or electrical appliances so
we may get the item repaired to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible.
2.
Please turn off the lights when you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices at a reasonable
level and would like to conserve energy.
3.
Please lock the doors & the security grid securely behind you when you leave and ensure
windows are secured.
4.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can light up on the balcony if you wish to.
Please use the ashtray placed on the outside windowsill & do not throw cigarette butts down
onto the street or courtyard. Breaching the non-smoking rule inside the apartment is
subject to a penalty of 250€.
5.
The lock of the entrance door is a special copy-protected coded lock, and as such the
replacement is very expensive. In case of loss of keys you have to count on a charge of 200€
due upon check-out/will be charged on your credit card.
6.
We expect you to treat the apartment, your neighbours and surrounding area with respect, in so
far as you are responsible for any damage which you cause.
7.
In case of any damage caused by the guests we are entitled for a full compensation upon
departure.
8.
9. In case of excessive dirtiness upon check out an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged.
We kindly ask you not to remove or rearrange the furniture or equipment of the apartment,
however if you still did it you are required to restore the original arrangement before checking
out.
10.
Noisy parties are not allowed. (Your neighbours are working people who need to get up early and
go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the
apartments.) The serious breach the behavior code can incur the loss of your deposit or even
immediate removal from the apartment.
11.
Please keep the apartment and all furniture, fitting and effects in the same state of repair and
conditions as at the beggining of occupation and leave the apartment in the same state of
general order in which you found it.
12. Please be aware that there is a pet surcharge in the amount of 10 Eur/day, which is payable separately directly to the accommodation.
13. Please leave the apartment clean and a good state upon departure.
14. If you behave in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests, neighbours, staff of Rental Company or is suspected carrying out illegal activities on the premises, you will be asked to leave immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified.
15. We can only achieve excellence in the service we provide if we continuously improve our service to you. Any feedback from guests will be greatly appreciated and will ensure we
