Das Haus verfügt über drei komfortable Schlafzimmer, die jeweils für einen erholsamen Schlaf konzipiert sind. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa (Einzelbett), ideal für zusätzliche Gäste. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ebenfalls ein Queensize-Bett, während das dritte Schlafzimmer über ein Einzelbett (Erwachsene) verfügt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit ausreichend Bettenmöglichkeiten ausgestattet, um Ihren Wünschen gerecht zu werden.
Es gibt zwei komplette Badezimmer, die jeweils mit einer separaten Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet sind, um Komfort für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten. Please notify us of your expected arrival time so we can prepare to welcome you and provide you with the house keys. A key deposit of 1000 Thb will be required (refundable after check-out).
A fine of 1000 Thb will be charged for lost or non-refundable keys.
Pets of any kind are not allowed.
The number of guests must not exceed the stated limit. A charge of 500 Thb per person will apply for exceeding the limit.
Children under 10 years old are not permitted.
4 guests: 2 rooms open, plus common area.
5 guests: 3 rooms open, plus common area.
Parking Information
1 car can be parked inside the house.
1 car can be parked in front of the house.
Interior Usage
Living Room: You can fully use the sofa and seating area.
Do not move any furniture.
Please do not place easily spillable food or drinks directly on the sofa. A cleaning fee of 1000 Thb per item will be charged for any spills or stains.
Kitchen
Basic utensils are provided.
Please wash dishes after use. A cleaning fee of 1000 Thb will be charged for unwashed dishes.
A fine of 500 Thb per broken or damaged utensil will be charged.
Please refrain from cooking with strong odors or producing excessive smoke inside the house.
Bedroom
Bed sheets and blankets are provided.
Please maintain cleanliness. Please do not eat or drink on the bed. A cleaning fee of 1000 Thb per item will be charged for any spills or stains.
Extra blankets or pillows can be requested directly from the staff.
Bathroom
Soap and shampoo are provided.
There is no hairdryer or towels.
Please do not flush tissues or other items down the toilet.
Electrical Appliance Usage
Turn off the air conditioner, lights, and all electrical appliances when leaving the house.
If you find any malfunctioning equipment, please report it immediately.
The air conditioner remote is in the bedroom.

No smoking inside the house.
No parties or loud noises after 10 Pm.
No drug use or gatherings.
No pets allowed (unless not notified in advance).
