In diesem zentral gelegenen Haus wohnen Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem. Wir befinden uns in der Altstadt. Wat Pho, der Tha Tien Pier und der Große Palast sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus im Little-Up-Stil liegt 2 Gehminuten von der MRT-Station Samyot entfernt. Das Einkaufszentrum Old Siam Plaza mit seinem erstklassigen Food Court und Supermarkt erreichen Sie ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Trok-Mor-Markt ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Gasse. Der Große Palast, Wat Pho und der Tha Tien Pier sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Chinatown ist nur zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Die Khaosan Road erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

It is a great pleasure to host you and it'd be best for both of us to have a pleasant experience together if you can kindly learn our house manual as follow:
1. Please make sure all the windows and door are well locked everytime you leave the house.
2 All valuable belonging should be kept in the safety box when you are not home.
3. The electric stove is compatible with specific type of pots. Please only use pots, pans, and tools provide only.
4. No metal such as spoon fork , no plastic, no glass in the microwave. Any damage will be fine
as per the price of the original purchase.
5. No smoking in the house, toilet, bathroom. Fine Thbdesignated Smoking area is at the terrace in front of the house. Ashtray is provided.
6. We provide kitchenettes, equipment, tools, plate, bowls, cutlery, rice cooker, in the cabinet under to pantry counter. Please clean and put them back where it belong after use to make your check out quick.
7. Luggage storage is available for free from 7am till 8pm for checked out guest and check in guest who arrive early. Please understand that the front gate will be left unlocked. The storage room can be accessed with a code to unlock.
8. We have cctv at the terrace for security in order to monitor the front door , gate, and storage room. So in case of parking motorbike and bicycle, it need to be locked as well.
9. Laundry is free with detergent and softener. The machine perform wash and dry function continuously for about 2 hours.
10. Please unplug everything when not in use for safety.
11. Please follow the instruction to use the Sofa bed. Damage by misuse will be fine as its original price. Extra pillow, bed sheet and blanket will be provided in the box under the staircase.
12. Please empthy the rubbish bin before you leave. The public rubbish bin in the big yellow one outside of the house. Recycle rubbish to be seperated.
13. No drug and party in the premise.
14. No shoes allowed in the house. Please take them off and keep them in the provided cabinet.
15. Please use adapter of Thailand for electric use of 220V. In case of short circuit or spark, it may result in whole hpuse power off.
