Geräumige, zweistöckige Eckwohnung (360 m²) in Tebrau City. Bewachte und abgeschlossene Wohnanlage mit Privatparkplatz. Ein stilvoller, gemütlicher und komfortabler Ort für einen Aufenthalt mit Verwandten und Freunden.
*Ikea, Toppen, Aeon und Lotus sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
*Große Veranda. Je nach Größe können mindestens vier Autos geparkt werden.
*Geeignet für Versammlungen, Hochzeiten und Geburtstagsfeiern.

1. Importantly, do not damage our items. Please try to return our house to us in its original condition when you check out. We would charge you as accordingly for damaged items
2. The check-in time is 3.00 pm, and check-out is at 12 noon. Rm20 per hour will be charged for those guests who check out late after 12 am . ( If 2-3 pm another night stay price will be Charged )
3. All events must stop or lower their volume after 10 pm.
4. Do not park your car at the neighbor's house's front gate. Our house car porch can park at least 4 cars (Depending on the car size). If not enough space you can also park beside the road at our Playground Park
5. Do not move the furniture, especially the Bed and Sofa
6. Please switch Off the Air conditioning & lights if not in use or when you're leaving the house.
7. Make sure all the windows and doors are locked before leaving or checking out.
8. Strictly No Smoking & Shoes inside the house. Only outside the house compound are allowed and remember to throw cigarette butts in an ashtray.
9. If Party, Event, or Wedding party is held on our premises without your (Guests) information, Rm200 will be Charged.
10. For Wedding events Additional Rm150 will be Charged
11. No oily Food Cooking. For foods warming & Instant noodles Only.
13. No illegal activity allowed in the house.
14. Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
15. No Food or Eating in all Bedrooms
***the purpose of this Rules Terms is to avoid any Extra Charges.***
